The Structural Groups table correlates:
      Structural Group
      GB Code (in Hex notation)

In the GB Code, each Chinese character is coded for by two upper ASCII characters. To see characters coded in GB, you need to set your browser to Simplified Chinese, with a font such as Song selected. If you do not have a Chinese font, you will see upper ASCII characters instead of Chinese characters.

In Unicode, each character is coded for by three ASCII characters. To see characters coded in Unicode, you need to set your browser to UTF-8 (a type of Unicode), with a font such as Song selected. You cannot see characters coded in GB and characters coded in Unicode at the same time, since your browser can only decipher one code at a time.
